Refund policy
General Return Policy Guidelines
We offer a 5-day return policy on select ready-to-ship items. This means you have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, all customized items are considered FINAL SALE items. In stock ready to ship stones including, diamonds, moissanite, and gemstones are all final sale items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted sale items or gift cards.
If there is an issue with your custom piece, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item so we can properly address the matter with the jeweler who crafted your piece and work toward a resolution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at vownvintage@gmail.com. We will carefully review and process your request accordingly, if your return is accepted we will provided you with a shipping label and instructions, you are responsible for return shipping costs and making sure the package is properly insured when you are returning it back to us, the cost of the shipping label that is provide to you will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return review and return shipping label will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Diamond, Moissanite, and Gemstone Return Policy
Because diamonds, moissanite, and gemstones are sourced through third-party suppliers, the following return policies apply:
Eligible stones may be returned to the supplier with a $50 restocking fee, plus the insured return shipping cost to the supplier (return shipping cost to supplier can vary depending on location the stone is being shipped back to and value of stone being insured for return shipping). The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that returns can only be processed from our business back to the supplier. Once we receive your diamond/stone, we will provide photos and videos for your review and approval. You will have 24 hours after receiving this content to either approve shipment or request a return and refund (minus the previously mentioned fees). Once the diamond/stone has been shipped to you, it is no longer eligible for return due to strict supplier policies.
Store credit may be offered in certain cases instead of a refund, which may help avoid these fees. This option is evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on our current stone inventory needs.
To maintain fair pricing and manage supplier logistics, multiple stone returns by the same customer may result in future purchases being designated as final sale.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
