Diamond sourcing and customization requests require a $50 consultation fee that is fully credited toward your final balance if you move forward with a Diamond or jewelry purchase. This allows dedicated time to review your request, source options, and provide accurate pricing and professional guidance tailored to you. Each consultation includes sourcing up to 5 stone options for you to choose from and up to 3 detailed quotes for engagement rings or jewelry customization based on your preferences. 

If you move forward with a stone purchase or custom order, the $50 fee will be credited toward your final balance. If you choose not to proceed after the options above have been provided to you, the consultation fee is non-refundable. Please note: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment by sending a message via the contact tab. Missed consultation appointments without prior notice will result in consultation fee being forfeited. This policy helps protect and respect our time boundaries, as well as the time reserved for other clients we work with.

After we receive your request, we will confirm the details and send you payment options. Once payment is received, we will schedule a consultation either in person (for local clients) or via online video call, to review your stone request or customization in detail.
